• Finnish metal bands Amorphis and Insomnium are sharing the stage at Hawthorne Theatre on Tuesday, Dec. 1st. The show starts at 7:30PM.

• Alien Boy takes over Show Bar on Friday, Oct. 16th, with Big Kids, Big Top, and Carrion Spring joining the lineup. The night gets started at 8PM.

• Jazz Titan Thursdays puts Grammy-winning bassist Chuck Israels in the spotlight at Jack London Revue on Thursday, Nov. 5th.

• Halloween at Trout Lake Hall is getting funky with The Get Tight HALLOWEEN on Saturday, Oct. 31st. The party runs from 6–10PM, with tickets starting at $15.

• Soter Vineyards hosts IN A LANDSCAPE at Stoller Family Estates Vineyard on Monday, Sept. 7th at 4 p.m. Settle in for an outdoor piano performance surrounded by Oregon wine country, which is honestly a pretty dreamy way to spend an afternoon.

• Dyke Pool takes over The Goodfoot on Monday, Sept. 7th at 9 p.m. Expect a night of pool, music, and hanging out with Portland’s queer community for just $5–$10.
