JUST ANNOUNCED

• Things are getting a little ridiculous at Veterans Memorial Coliseum next spring. Hot Wheels Stunt Show rolls into Portland on Saturday, May 22nd with backflips, ramp jumps, a 45-foot-tall loop, and plenty of larger-than-life Hot Wheels cars.

• Brooklyn comics Kate Strobel and Lee Robinson are bringing a night of unhinged queer comedy to Portland. Dyke Country takes over Siren Theater on Wednesday, Nov. 18th.

• Portland music veterans come together as Dead Astaire for a night of ’80s and ’90s favorites from The Cure, Oingo Boingo, Ozzy Osbourne, and more. Catch them at Show Bar on Saturday, Oct. 24th.

• Costco, but make it burlesque. Costc-Ho: Big Box Burlesque Revue brings circus, drag, comedy, free samples, and plenty of bulk-buying chaos to Echo Theater on Sunday, Oct. 4th.

BLAZERS SEASON IS ALMOST HERE

Blazers season is right around the corner, so it’s time to figure out where you’ll be watching. We rounded up some Portland spots to grab a drink, catch the game, and yell at the TV with fellow fans.

• The Portland Night Market is returning just in time to turn up the spooky vibes. Stop by Oct. 2nd–3rd from 4–11 p.m. at 100 SE Alder St. for two nights of tricks, treats, and plenty of Halloween fun.

• The Portland Panorama Film Festival is looking for filmmakers! Submissions are open for its third annual festival coming April 2027, with the regular deadline on Oct. 17th. They’re accepting features, shorts, music videos, and series, with seven awards up for grabs.
