Another sunny weekend incoming. Will we see you at Project Pabst tomorrow?

If country music is more of your jam, Eric Church’s catalog hits like a shot of whiskey. Catch him live at Moda Center on November 7. Grab tickets or enter to win a pair.*

JUST ANNOUNCED

  • Dan Deacon leads psychedelic group therapy set to synths. Expect dance circles, sweat rituals, and full-blown sonic joy explosions at The Get Down on October 9.

  • Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears make the kind of filthy, brass-blasted soul that kicks the door in and steals your beer. Catch them at The Get Down on October 10.

  • Strung Out and Agnostic Front are teaming up for a night of whiplash riffs, circle pits, and zero time to catch your breath. West Coast punk meets NYHC chaos at Hawthorne Theatre on October 18.

  • Lovejoy writes break-up anthems for people who overshare on the internet. Witness Jangly guitars, British angst, and enough hooks to crowd-surf your feelings out of your body at Crystal Ballroom on November 3.

  • Loathe brings their genre-warping heaviness to Roseland Theater on November 20. Part metalcore, part shoegaze, all emotional annihilation.

FREE STUFF FRIDAY

You don’t need a trust fund to have a good time this weekend. We found a stack of actually free events, including a flea market full of weird treasures, a VHS swap for the nostalgia freaks, a sweaty DJ set, and a summer block party with major main character energy. Show up, vibe out, spend nothing.

THIS WEEK

😂 Kate Berlant

Tomorrow @ Aladdin Theater (7PM)

Kate Berlant hits Aladdin Theater with surreal stand-up, existential spirals, and enough side-eyes to power the grid. Come laugh, then question everything.

😂 Andy Haynes

Tomorrow @ The Mission Theater (7:30PM)

Seattle-born comedian Andy Haynes is bringing that dry wit, offbeat charm, and full-grown class clown energy to The Mission Theater.

🎧 Juelz

Tomorrow @ 45 East (10PM)

Juelz makes music like he’s scoring a car chase inside a video game inside a rave.
The Vancouver beat sorcerer is performing a 360 set. Catch him live if you want to sweat through your shoes.

🫧 Nori Reed

Sunday @ Mississippi Studios (9PM)

Nori Reed makes music for queers who cry in the club and laugh on the way out.
Her dreamy, sharp-edged pop holds space for both heartbreak and hype, with lyrics that cut deep and beats that absolutely know what they’re doing.

🎸 Heart Attack Man

Sunday @ Hawthorne Theatre (7PM)

Heart Attack Man is bringing their unhinged pop-punk chaos to Hawthorne Theatre with riffs that punch, lyrics that spiral, and energy that could power a Monster truck.
