Daily Email - Monday - 09/14/2026

Well, this weekend was very go, go, go. I spent a couple days in Seattle, hung out with the Do206 team, photographed Haute & Freddy, and then came right back down to Portland for a wedding. To say I’m tired is an understatement lol.

And maybe that’s a good reminder that burnout is very real. September is Suicide Prevention Month, so I wanted to use a little space in today’s letter to remind you to check in with yourself and the people around you. I put together a guide with Portland mental health resources for anyone who might need them.

Asking for help isn’t always easy, but you are cared about, you are thought about, and there are people who want to help. I hope the guide is something you can keep in your back pocket, whether it’s for you or someone you care about.

And while we’re talking about taking care of ourselves, sometimes that also means getting out of the house, seeing some friends, or finding something to look forward to. So, let’s see what’s going on around Portland this week.
