Yesterday I went to Trader Joe’s and forgot how much I love all their seasonal stuff. I also picked up the London Fog concentrate and can confirm it’s a 10/10. And the cinnamon brooms? Yeah, give me about 27 of those.

• Named after that gloriously weird viral surfer video, So Pitted have been making noisy, chaotic punk together for more than a decade. Catch them at World Famous Kenton Club on Saturday, Nov. 21st.

• A night of punk and heavy riffs is lined up at Twilight Cafe and Bar on Thursday, Dec. 10th. Ignite takes the stage with Year of the Cobra and another guest still to come.

• Start Halloween weekend a little early with Kinky Creatures Market at Hawthorne Theatre on Thursday, Oct. 29th. Expect drag and burlesque performances, more than 20 vendors, and a costume contest.

• After taking Games We Play from a high school project to tours with Fall Out Boy, YUNGBLUD, and All Time Low, Emmyn is heading back out on his own. The I Wish I Never Quit Tour stops at Polaris Hall on Sunday, March 28th.

• Things are getting spooky at the 99W Drive-In this Thursday, Sept. 24th with a J-Horror double feature of Ringu and Ju-On: The Grudge. Monolith Home Video and Hoards of Horrors will also be there with VHS, posters, and plenty of horror finds.
